With over 30 years as a healer and 25 years as a full-spectrum doula, my work is rooted in the belief that birth is the beginning of everything... identity, family, and a love that changes you forever.

My journey began in 1990 as a Massage Therapist and evolved into a deep calling for birth work. In 2010, I had the life-changing opportunity to train at The Farm in Tennessee as a midwifery assistant under Ina May Gaskin. That experience solidified my approach: blending the sacred traditions of physiological birth with evidence-based, modern advocacy.

Whether I am supporting a family in a hospital or home birth, providing restorative prenatal massage, or offering clarity in end-of-life transitions, my goal is the same: to meet you where you are with deep listening and intuitive guidance. I’ve supported hundreds of births across Sonoma, Marin, and San Francisco, and I would be honored to hold space for yours.
